Life is busy and there is always something to be done, and someone or something that wants our time and energy. But you are allowed to pause. I hold space without rushing to fix. You will have fortnightly hour-long 1:1 sessions over 3 months. Plus support via What’sApp and/or email between sessions. This is not a time-pressured, quick-fix. And the journey is as important as the destination.

Words from my heart
I love writing poetry as a way to share messages and deep feelings. So it seems fitting to write a poem for you. When I close my eyes and feel what our coaching container together is, these are the words I want to share:
Tell me heart, for what do you long?
A space to be you, no fear of wrong
The chance to pause, look inside
Discover your worth, no need to hide
To find the you, left behind
Whilst others needs, were front of mind
To reclaim your joy, reignite your spark
Find your light, as you step out of the dark
